Let us probe the silent places, let us seek what luck betide us;
Let us journey to a lonely land I know.
There's a whisper on the night-wind, there's a star agleam to guide us,
And the Wild is calling, calling . . . let us go.

Fly into Ram Head

Fly in to MacMillan Airstrip using Alkan Air Navajo. (Leave Whitehorse about 9:20, arrive at airstrip about 10:40). Picked up at MacMillan Airstrip by Stan and Meghan Simpson at around 12:30. Fly to Ram Head Outfitters at Godlin Lakes (arrive around 1:30 — Sandy and Stan spot a wolverine from the airplane). Fish the upper Godlin Lake (nothing) and the stream flowing out (lots of Grayling). Late for dinner — which time zone are we in?
